Document Description
The request is for a minor amendment to the reclamation plan for the Gray Rocks Quarry. The amendment includes minor changes to the acreage and boundaries of the quarry to more accurately reflect current and future conditions. There are also minor text changes, including changing the name of the operating company, and changes to the Wildlife Habitat section to reflect an agreement between Lehigh Southwest Cement Company and the California Department of Fish and Game to set aside an easement for mitigation of loss of habitat for the Shasta Salamander, a State-listed threatened species.
