Document Description
The applicants propose a zone change of approximately 42.64 acres, comprised of four parcels, from an existing Planned Development district and an R-R-B-5 district to a Planned Development zoning district to include performance standards, to allow the existing resource, a spring, to be utilized. "One of the parcels contains an existing water bottling facility, Mt. Shasta Spring Water, which is currently zoned Planned Development."
