Document Description
The applicant proposes a Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map, for a +/- 29.84-acre parcel, referred to as Twin Hills Subdivision Unit No. 2 Tract No. 1184. The property is proposed to be subdivided into 10 residential lots ranging in size from 2.5 acres to 5.2 acres (average parcel size of 2.97 acres). Access to the resultant parcels would be provided via construction of a 24' wide double-chip seal surfaced road with 4' shoulders within a 60-foot wide easement.
