SAA # 1600-2004-0352-3 Development of McNear Peninsula in the Petaluma River in the City of Petaluma as a passive recreational facility. The development will include the placement of fill with a unit-block retaining wass at the site entrance to createan area for a visitor overlook, placement of rock armor at an existing storm drain outfall along the west side of McNear Channel to minimize erosion of wetlands,
and excavation of a section of the east bank of McNear Channel as part of a wetland mitigation site.
