Document Description
The proposed project has the potential to substantially divert or obstruct the natural flow or substantially change the stream bed, channel, or bank of a watercourse and gravel extraction activities within Middle Creek tributary to Clear Lake, Lake County. Applicant proposes the removal of 1,000 cubic yards of gravel annually. Extraction activities shall occur from an existing site and will not involve vegetation removal. SAA #R3-2002-0211.
