Document Description
The purpose of the proposed project is to improve and repair the Goleta West Sanitary District (GWSD) Hollister Avenue and Devereux Creek trunklines to support existing and future needs, improve accessibility, and reduce flow in existing pipelines. In addition, a new trunkline segment will be tied into the Hollister trunkline along a portion of Phelps Road, Whitman Street, Whittier Drive, and Storke Road to alleviate stress on existing infrastructure and reduce flows. GWSD intends to rehabilitate, replace, and construct sewer pipeline segments in several locations along the Devereux Creek and Hollister Avenue trunklines beginning in the summer of 2004.
