Document Description
The project includes a planned development to establish a 320 space mobile home park with a 7,100 sq ft club house facility, 2.12 acre storage and commercial facility, and 13.81 acres of open space on 70 acres of an 80 acre parcel within the community of Havasu Landing. Vista del Lago will construct the Project in three (3) pahses. Phase I will consist of building 106 mobile home spaces, a 1.06 acre storage facility, the club house, 8.11 acres of open space/landscaping, a water storage tank and asphalt paving for new roads and driveways. Phase II will include building 101 mobile home spaces, a 1.06 acres commercial site, 2.77 acres of open space, and 5.18 acres of asphalt paving roads and driveways. the final phase (III) will include stablishing 113 mobile home spaces and 2.65 acres of open space. The project will impact approximately 70 acres.
