RGP 41 would permit removal of invasive plants from waters of the U.S. through the Los Angeles Corps district, including Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Inyo, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Imperial Counties, and portions of San Luis Obispo, Kern, and Mono Counties. This NOD is provided to supply notice of an addendum to the Project Negative Declaration, prepared in response to the Corps reissuance of RGP 41.
