Document Description
The project proposal includes the development of an equestrian vacatin resort on a 70-acre parcel located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Mulholland Highway/Las Virgenes Road and Mulholland Highway/Stokes Canyon Road. The project applicant has requested annexation into the City of Calabasas. The project consists of a 203 guest units including suites and timeshare units with an attendant resort and conference facilities. Recreational facilities, including a Tennis and Swimming Center, Recrational Pool, Winery, and Signature Restaurant, will also be constructed as part of the project. The total floor area of all on-site structures will be approximately 400,000 square feet. five additional single-family residences area also proposed for construction as part of this project.
