Document Description
The project proposes the development of a mixed-ues medical facility that would be constructed in phases. The firest phase would consist of the following: a general hospital that would be approximately 300,000 square feet and would contain approximately 170 beds with an expansion capacity of up to 250 beds; a multiple story medical office building (MOB) that would approximatley 60,000 square feet; a large surface parking lot; driveways; and landscaping.
