State Water Resources Control Board (Board) is a responsible agency for this project. The Board's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program is providing state funds for the project. The Los Angeles Dept. of Water and Power proposes to replace Silver Lake Reservoir and Ivanhoe Reservoir with an existing 110 million gallon reservoir at Headworks Spreading Ground site by constructing a conveyance pipeline.
