Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #1600-2003-5049-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Warren D. Williams. For the Gavilian Hills/Smith Road Channel and Sedimentation Basin project, the Operator is proposing to construct a 10 acre debris basin, and approximately 3,000 lineal feet of rectangular concrete channel varying from 20 to 24 feet in width, and 9 to 12 feet in depth, with 15 feet wide access roads on both sides of the channel, and connecting the newly constructed channel and debris basin to the existing double 14 foot by 9 foot reinforced concrete box channel at Cajalco Road. The project will impact 5.00 acres of streambed and riparian habitat.
