Document Description
Mixed-use residential and commercial development on the site of the former 14.2+\- acre Compton Drive-in Theatre. The project is comprised of two separate components proposed by two separate applicants. The northern 9.0+\- acre portion is proposed for development as a gated single-family residential subdivision comprising 80 units. The southern 4.9+\- acre portion is proposed for development as a 40,500+\- square foot community center and interim church facility. The residual 0.3+\- acre portion of the site is comprised of previously dedicated but unimproved road right-of-way that may be vacated, in whole or in part, by the City and returned to the corresponding portion of the project site.
