Document Description
The project proposes the subdivision of 14.5 acres into 11 residential lots raging in size from 1.0 to 2.23 acres. The site is located within the County Town area of the North County Metropolitan Subregional Plan, within the Hidden Meadows Planning Group area. The project site has a Land Use Designation of (2) Residential (allowing for 1 dwelling unit per acre) and is zoned A70 (Limited Agriculture (1.0 acre minimum lot size). The vacant site primarily consists of flat areas, gentle slopes and steeper slopes, with the steeper slopes proposing to be preserved within a steep slope open space easement. The habitats on site include Granitic chamise chaparral and urban/developed.
