Document Description
The project consists of a maximum total of 2,545 residential units, along with a total of 180,000 square feet of neighborhood serving commercial uses and an elementary school. Circulation will be provided by a series of internal collector roadways that connect to the previously approved extension of Copper Hill Drive, a public street that represents the primary roadway providing ingress and egress to the site. Private recreational facilities will be provided in the central portion of the project site and a network of hiking/biking trails will extend both throughout the project site and along the San Francisquito Creek. Buried bank stabilization has been installed along the west side of San Francisquito Creek and the Decoro Drive bridge over the creek has been completed.
