The project proposes the expansion of an existing casino located on land held in trust by the United States Government for the benefit of the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians (Tribe). The project consists of a proposed 440,134 square foot expansion of the existing Pechanga Resort and Casino facility and associated structures. The project will be developed in two phases and will include the expansion of the existing casino and associated parking structures and support facilities.
