Document Description
The applicant is proposing to subdivide three vacant parcels totaling 18.14 net acres into nine lots. Eight of the lots are intended for future development of a single family residence on each lot. The other lot within the subdivision, the lone lot on the westerly side of the termini of Gramercy Place and Tiden Place, is shown as a remainder parcel and is not specifically a part of the subdivision at this time. The proposed lots would range in size from 0.8 to 2.9 acres with graded pads ranging in size from 16,800 to 21,000 square feet. Vehicular access to the lots would be provided from the three existing and/or proposed streets surrounding the subdivision (Gramercy Place, Tiden Place and Heatherton Lane). No specific plans for the development of these lots have been submitted in conjunction with this subdivision.
