Document Description
The City of Laguna Beach is proposing to construct a storm drain at the terminus of Juanita Way, and an energy dissipater at the bottom of a step hillside. Due to the steepness of the terrain, the 18" pipe will be fitted together at the top of the hill and placed on the surface down the side of the hill. Pipe anchors and the energy dissipator at the bottom of the hill will be dug by hand.
