The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0080-R6 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Tom Tracy of Traigh Pacific. The project will permanently impact 0.495 acres, including 0.01 acre of willow scrub habitat within the drainages. The project will temporarily impact 800 square feet or 0.018 acre of East Etiwanda Creek to install the outfall structures.
