Document Description
The requested action includes a zone change to allow an additional two acre area for neighborhood commercial development on the southwest corner of Brimhall and Renfro Roads, a zone variance to eliminate the required front-yard setback for the drainage sump lot, zone modifications to allow residential lots smaller than the minimum 1/4 acre parcel size required by the suspense zoning district to allow a 6-foot high front yard fence along the sump lot where four feet is the maximum fence height allowed; and a vesting tentative tract that will result in the subdivision of the property into a maximum of 120 residential lots ranging from 9,760-square feet to 18,635 square feet where 10,890 square feet is the minimum parcel size.
