Document Description
The City of Burbank is acting as Lead Agency for the environmental review of a mixed-use development project proposed for the Burbank Media Center project site in the City of Burbank. The Burbank Media Center project site consists of approximately 4 acres located between Olive Avenue, Lima Street, Alameda Avenue, and the Ventura Freeway (SR-134) off-ramp. This site is part of the "Media Center" area, as identified in the Burbank Media District Specific Plan. It is presently developed with a variety of existing buildings, including single- and multiple-family housing units, retail commercial buildings and the Foursquare Gospel Church.
