Document Description
The proposed project consists of TTM 52324 and an associated Site Development Permit to subdivide approximately 25.6 acres into 10 single-family residential lots, averaging 0.4 dwelling units per acre. Manufactured slopes, where necessary, have been designed to maintain the rural nature of the community by utilizing landform grading, natural landscaping and rolled curbs. The project will include individual lot retention basins for Lots 1 through 8 and two additional retention basins.
