Document Description
The proposed project would consist of the construction of a commercial retail supercenter at the site legally described as parcel 3 and 4 of parcel map 12-6 (APN 043-350-29). The project proposes a general plan amendment from low density residential to general commercial usage and subsequent change of zone from A, agriculture (temporary holding zone) to general commercial zone and Tentative Subdivision Map to allow the development of a commercial retail center. A General Plan Amendment (03-04), Change of Zone (03-06) and Tentative Subdivision Map have been submitted to the City of El Centro by Nasland Engineering. The proposed project site is located within the city limits of the City of El Centro, west of State Route 86 and north of Bradshaw Road.
