Document Description
The Summit Ridge Library project consists of the construction of a new library building in the City of Diamond Bar. The library would be approximately 30,000 square feet in size. The project would be constructed on an approximate 0.8 acre site within the northwestern portion of the existing 17-acre Summit Ridge Park, adjacent to and west of the Community Senior Center, which is currently under construction.
