Document Description
The project would abandon the existing Ellis Avenue Station located underneath the street at the intersection of Ellis Avenue and Bushard Street, construct a new below-ground pump station and above-ground electrical and screening building on the OCSD's facility. The project would also involve construction of associated diversion and sewer improvements in both the cities of Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach.
