Document Description
The City of Placentia and the Placentia Redevelopment Agency desire to amend the Redevelopment Plan for the Placentia Redevelopment Project Area. The project is known as Amendment No. 2 to the Redevelopment Plan for the Placentia Redevelopment Project Area (the "Amendment No. 2"). Amendment No. 2 includes the addition of 5.2 acres of developed land to the existing Project Area (Original Project Area and the Added Area of Amendment No. 1). The proposed Project is in accordance with the standards of the California Community Redevelopment Law (CRL), Health and Safety Code Section 330000, et seq.
