The project consists of proposed revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) in order to meet the requirements of the federal Clean Air Act. The proposed SIP revisions would commit the State to adopt statewide emission control measure to reduce air pollution, and would update and replace the statewide control strategy contained in the existing ozone SIP.
