CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (# 1600-2014-0014-R5) for the project applicant, Bill McReynolds, City of Ventures. The project proposes to permanently impact 0.78 acres within eight drainages, 0.63 acres on-site and 0.15 acres off-site, and mitigate with 1.56 acres of restoration, enhancement, and/or creation of riparian habitat within the Calleguas Creek watershed.
