Document Description
The project involves expansion of this existing 4.16-acre area into an adjacent undeveloped portion of the property. 2.75 acres would be added to establish a single6.91 acre boat launch parking area to accommodate a total of 290 trailer/vehicle parking spaces exclusively for users of the boat launch ramp. A separate, adjacent 7.64 acre area would also be established to be operated as a boat storage facility accommodating 399 dry stand boat spaces. A 100 foot buffer would be maintained between the developed areas and adjacent wetlands; several small, isolated wetlands areas would be consolidated into a single 0.62 acre wetlands area immediately adjacent to two former dredge disposal basins (now delineated as wetlands).
