Action by the Modesto City Council to place on the ballot for the November 2003 election, a Measure "M" advisory vote on extension of sewer service to the following areas within the City's Urban Area General Plan: 1) Johansen CPD, 501-acres; 2) Empire North CPD (south portion), containing 141-acres; 3) Portion of Kiernan/ Carver CPD, containing 80-acres; 4) Shackelford unincorporated "island" area, containing 153 acres; 5) Robertson Road unincorporated "island" area, containing 96.8 acres; 6) Coffee-Sylvan unincorporated "island" area, containing 89 acres.
