Document Description
Road crossing constructed at upstream terminus of seasonal drainage. Restore seasonal drainage and erect protective three-strand barbed wire fencing on both sides of drainage. Mitigation will occur about 400 meters away at Ely Flats wetland. Historically placed earth fill will be removed and 0.3 acre of previously excluded area adjacent to Ely Flats wetland will be flooded. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0105-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
