Document Description
The project proposes to construct an earthen dam across an unnamed seasonal stream to create an approximately 6 surface acre stock-pond for wildlife enhancement and recreational purposes, pursuant to Water Right Permit Number 21135. An overflow spillway will be constructed in undisturbed earth adjacent to the dam. There will be no removal of scenic trees. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
