The project is the construction of a 24-inch diameter outfall pipe in Markley Creek in order to discharge the stormwater of an auto dealership site. A backhoe will operate to excavate from the bank above the creek channel. There will be no equipment operating in the steam. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0456-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
