A portion of Carson Creek will be filled, a portion of the fill trenched, two 48 inch RCP culverts installed, and the trenched area re-filled. Rip Rap will be placed at both upstream and downstream ends of the culvert. Fill slopes and disturbed soils will be revegetated.
