Document Description
The licensee has petition to change the place of use under License 3577 (Application 12975) to include 6 acres of existing vineyards and 7 acres of previously cultivated land that is adjacent to the licensee's 42 acre vineyard, for a total place of use of 55 acres. Licensee has the right to divert 16-acre-feet (af) of water per year to a 20 af onstream reservoir from an Unnamed Stream tributary to Simmons Canyon, thence Napa River in Napa County. The water currently is diverted from December 1 to June 1 and is used for frost protection and irrigation on 37 acres of grapes and olive trees, and 6 acres of garden.
