The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to contribute funds to the Six Agency Committee (Committee), a Joint Powers Authority on which Metropolitan is represented, and the Colorado River Association (Association), also a Joint Powers Authority, of which Metropolitan in a member. Both the Committee and Association budgets support the Colorado River Board.
