Eradicate Arundo donax (giant need) and other non-naive, invasive plants within an approximately one-mile-long stretch of Topanga Creek in Lower Topanga Canyon on state-owned public parkland during a one and one half year period. Chemical and mechanical means would be employed. The project location lies between approximately 800 feet north of Pacific Coast Highway bridge, northward approximately one mile.
