Document Description
In order to prevent future flooding problems, the operator proposes to remove vegetation growing in an unnamed tributary to Pacheco Creek. Approximately 800 linear feet of the creek will be "cleaned" by pruning live vegetation and removing dead vegetation and debris. Issuance of a Streambed Alterations Agreement Number R3-2002-0913 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
