Document Description
Move point of diversion for existing water right due to displacement of river subsequent to the 1997 flood and reconstruction of the river. 1) Install a 10-foot wide (including wingwalls) x 6-foot deep x 4 foot 8 inch high concrete diversion device within the river utilizing equipment to include a backhoe, excavator, and concrete truck. 2) Placement of approximately 70 feet of 24-inch diameter corrugated metal pipe to carry diverted water to a storage reservoir. 3) Installation of a trash screen and fish screen in front of the pipe opening (24-inch pipe with screw gate) per CDFG screen shop specs. 4) Construction of an approximately 150 feet deep by 75 feet deep by five feet deep (to allow a water depth of ~3 feet) pond within the flood plain of the river to facilitate use of a water pump during irrigation season.
