Document Description
The California Dept. of Transportation proposes to lease approximately 30,600 square feet of land (a portion of Parcel Number 442-74-07), which will accommodate approximately 63 parking spaces. The parking site is necessary to provide swing space parking during the construction phase of a new District Office building (parking is currently located on the construction site) the site is planned for visitor parking and vanpool parking for staff working at the existing District Office building.
