Document Description
Repair, stabilize and rehabilitate the historic Ehrman Carriage House at Sugar Pine Point State Park to protect and preserve the historic fabric and significance of the resource, improve ADA accessibility, enhance visitor services, and support continued use and maintenance. Upgrade utility systems to meet code requirements and replace existing single occupant restroom with new ADA compliant restroom. Upon completion, lower floor of House will become the interpretive entrance to Ehrman Mansion complex.
