The applicant/owner is Tyris Corporation and Spight Properties II, LLC.The applicant proposes to construct a mixed use resort, golf course, shoping center, and housing project called the Alexander Valley Resort. The specific cpomponents of the project include:
* A 100-150 room resort hotel with a full-service restaurant;
* A European-styel spa with health club facility;
* Approximately 60 to 70 attached resort housing units;
* An 18-hole regulation golf course with clubhouse and related amenities;
* Approximately 140 single family detached homes;
* Approximately 25 larger lot estate single family homes;
* A mixed-use shopping center/commercial area called Village Marketplace;
* Vineyards; and
* Open space preserve areas.
