Document Description
The project described herein ("the project") has been proposed to remediate contaminants present at the Tracy Tire Fire Site ("the Site") as a result of the tire fire. An Initial Study has been prepared to evaluate the potential for impacts to the Site due to remediation activities. A Draft Remedial Action Plan (RAP) has been prepared as an interim remedial measure to remove the majority of Class I California non-Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (non-RCRA) hazardous waste and Class II designated waste identified at the Site.
