Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0085-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Lathrop. The project is part of a larger action that consists of installation of a stormwater outfall into the San Joaquin River, extension of Lathrop Road to add a pedestrian trail, and development of a city park. The Project is limited to construction of a stormwater outfall structure along the San Joaquin River.
