Document Description
The land plan currently proposed under the Central Lathrop Specific Plan (CLSP) is a mixed-use development consisting of residential, commercial, recreation, institutional or civic, park, and open space features. A majority of the pan area is identified for residential zoning, with up to 6,454 housing units proposed. Approximately 488 housing units would be in areas zoned as High Density Residential (H). An area designated as Residential (Multi-use) [R(M/U)] could accommodate up to 582 additional high density housing units. Roughly 2,467 housing units are planned in Medium Density Residential (L) zoning. Up to 5,954 of the total 6,454 housing units considered could be accommodated in these areas. In the northeast corner of the planning area is a parcel designated as Office Commercial/Residential/Waste Water Treatment Plant (OC/R/WWTP). Depending on final development conditions, the remaining 500 proposed housing units could be included in this area at medium to high densities.
