Document Description
The proposed Truxel 3 Project consists of establishing a Planned Unit Development for developing approximately 2.8 acres of vacant land for the purpose of constructing Highway Commercial uses. The Truxel 3 project would provide highway commercial sues for both the North Natomas Community and travelers of I-80. Specific entitlements being requested for the proposed project include: A) Development Agreement; B) Rezone - to Highway Commercial; C) Planned Unit Development (PUD) Establishment (PUD Guidelines and PUD Schematic Plan).
