Document Description
The roadway rights-of-way are characterized by chip seal, tar, gravel and asphaltic concrete. The new well site has been utilized for agriculture. The "Bell Hill loop" properties are developed with low density residential and access routes, and include Kelsey Creek and its riparian corridor. The Valley Vista site is improved with a steel water tank. The new water tank site is undeveloped and characterized by grasslands, steep slopes, and forest.
