Document Description
The project would replace existing one-to four-story buildings with 735,000 gsf of new development, including residential development, a parking garage, pavilion/conference space, retail space; and non-profit and social service offices. The proposed project building heights would range from approximately 60 to 285 feet. The proposed building heights would require a height rezoning of Heights and Bulk Districts on a portion of the site, and amendments to the San Francisco Planning Code (Planning Code) to create a new Special Use District.
