Document Description
The City of Redwood City has received a development application from BHV Innisfree Ventures I, LLC (representing the property owner, Syufy Enterprises) for the Century Park 12 Theater site at 557 East Bayshore Road. Under a separate, City-approved action (not part of this project), the existing cinema operations at the site will be relocating to downtown Redwood City. The applicant proposes subsequent redevelopment of the approximately 14.13 acre site with approximately 600 rental apartments, associated recreational facilities (i.g., recreational center, two swimming pools, sports court, and play lawns), approximately 8,300 square feet of retail floor areafronting on East Bayshore Road, and improvements to an existing, on-site trail adjacent to the Smith Slough tidal channel, with vehicular, bicycle, and pedestrian access to the project, including the trail, from east Bayshore Road.
