The proposed project would convert an existing 60 kV line to a 115 kV line on an approximately 12-mile stretch between the San Mateo and Martin Substations. The project includes replacing the existing #4 circuit wires and insulators on the San Mateo-Martin #4 60 kV power line with new wires as well as modifications at the existing San Mateo, Burlingame, Millbrae, and Martin Substations.
